The “Development Assistance Committee Members and Civil Society” Study and the Foresight Policy Paper on “Digital Transformation and the Futures of Civic Space to 2030” are now available online.
The “Development Assistance Committee Members and Civil Society” presents the DAC members’ engagements with civil society. It provides recommendations and action points for DAC members to ensure support to the CSOs as development actors and protect and improve enabling environments for civil society.
The “Digital Transformation and the Futures of Civic Space to 2030” probed the opportunities and challenges to the operations of the CSOs in the course of digital transformation and the COVID-19 pandemic. It offers 4 scenarios on the trajectories of civic space by 2030 along with policy implications in relation to the promotion and protection of civic space in the digital age.
