WHO WE ARE

The DAC-CSO Reference Group facilitates and coordinates engagement with the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development - Development Assistance Committee (OECD - DAC) by CSOs from both the Global North and the Global South, and to carry CSO positions in these spaces with the ultimate goal of promoting more and more effective aid and development finance. It serves as an avenue for members to plan and coordinate activities, positions, and ways forward related to OECD - DAC engagement.

The work of the Group as an open platform of CSOs from DAC / non-DAC countries, is guided by the principles of consensus-building, transparency and accountability.
